Anyone Can Do It

cook, that is.  Even someone as anti-domesticated as me.  That's what France will do to you.  Four days in and I'm already cooking.

Yes, mother...me...cooking.  Don't believe me?  I have proof.

Croissants avec Saumon et Fromage
[Croissants with Salmon and Cheese]


Step 1:  Get this cool tray thingy and lay out some dough (it's already frozen and made!)
Step 2:  Lay out some smoked salmon.


Step 3:  Spread some Boursin-like cheese on top of the salmon and dough.


























Step 4:  Roll up the dough like a croissant!


Step 5:  Brush on some butter and sprinkle with...cheese, duh!











Step 6:  Bake and enjoy!
