See, I made this for dinner, and while it was scrumptious, I felt it lacked a certain pinache. The lime (or in my case, lemon) was fabulous but I felt like it was the cheater's way to add flavor. Needless to say a spice lesson is in my future.

I Need to Learn about Spices
In my attempts to replicate a Julia Child experience here, I need to learn about spices!
