Olivia Visits, Naturally We Eat Bouef Bourgignon

My lovely friend Olivia made the journey from Copenhagan today to visit me in France.  Olivia and I have been friends since meeting at the Hunt Scholarship Interview Weekend, before even beginning our studies at SMU.

Who would have thought our summer spent in nature, sans technology with only our digital cameras on hand would one day lead us to lives in Europe?!

In honor of Olivia's first visit to France, I made the Frenchiest dish I could think of a la Julia Child, Boeuf Bourgignon.
